About HBC Event Travel:

• HBC Event Travel is proud to represent all Crossfire events by supplying hotel reservations and other travel arrangements.

• We are never any further away than an email or phone call to help answer any questions or assist with booking rooms for your team.
  
  
• HBC does NOT require any team to guarantee a percentage of rooms in your block.
  
  
• There are standard room cancellation policies which will apply, both by the hotel and HBC.  The hotels will have standard guarantee policies.  These are posted on the Reserve Team Block page for each event.
  

Let's get started booking your block of rooms for your team or group.

• In the drop-down menu at the top, Find Your Event.  The main page within your event will provide you with event-specific information.
  
  
• Each event will have a list of Hotels and Reservations page available in drop-down menus.
  
  
• The Participating Hotel page will provide you with a detailed list of hotels offering the lowest group rates offered only for teams playing in Crossfire events through HBC Event Servies.
  
  
• The Reserve Team Block page will provide you with detailed instructions on booking your group of rooms.

• Upon our receipt of your block request, we will build your private block securely in our reservation system. You will be notified via email when your link is available to book each of your rooms secured in your block.
